    We begin by understanding the search specifications through a comprehensive discussion of the search requirement. This will help us grasp and fully appreciate the client’s business, the position’s specifications, and the required professional and personal attributes of the candidates.

  • STEP 2 : FULL SEARCH SERVICES

    Our consultants comb the different industries and work environments and target those that match the search specifications. An extensive database is further mined for matching profiles.

    All potential candidates are then subjected to thorough screening and interviews to ensure that relevant information on their suitability could be ascertained.

    This process enables us to endorse only those that best fit the client’s search specifications.

  • STEP 3 : POTENTIAL CANDIDATE ENDORSEMENTS

    We endorse high potential candidates based on a professional evaluation of their profile and suitability to the job.

    Candidates are endorsed as soon as they qualify within a committed timeline of 2 to 4 weeks upon confirmation of search assignment.

  • STEP 4 : COORDINATION AND ASSISTANCE

    Our consultants actively find ways to manage the client’s requirements. Interview and meeting schedules, follow-ups and follow-throughs are carefully coordinated to facilitate client-candidate communication.

    Our consultants will also assist, if necessary, in making the job offer to the identified candidate and help clarify opportunities, client’s expectations, as well as the candidate’s own position and expectations. In doing so, a professional and productive session is ensured.

  • STEP 5 : BACKGROUND | REFERENCE CHECK

    As soon as the identified candidate accepts the job offer, a background investigation or reference inquiry is conducted.

    The inquiry includes information gathered from the candidate’s previous employers and other relevant references, and is subjected to a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. Thus, the client is not disclosed to the references.

  • STEP 6 : GUARANTEE

    Should the hired candidate leave the client within an agreed reasonable period from date of appointment for any reason other than changes in the terms of the original appointment (position, location, compensation and benefits), ArtikaniAsia will conduct another search and replace the candidate at no cost to the client.

  • STEP 7 : POST ASSIGNMENT ACTIVITY

    Our involvement does not end with the assignment of a candidate. Within three to six months after hiring, feedback is solicited from the client on the candidate’s successful adjustment to the job. We ensure that the client feels confident in having made a sound hiring decision and that the candidate is likewise pleased to have done the same.
